The Tablescape
THE BASE: The base of the tablescape is a simple low wood picnic table. It is draped with a coral runner that adds a textured feel to the table scene
PLACE SETTINGS: For place settings, THE SPREAD PICNICS used round woven chargers topped with white scalloped-edge dinner plates. Each setting features a light blue floral-inspired napkin held together by gold flatware and periwinkle blue goblets finish the look and bring a vintage feel to the individual settings.
CENTERLINE: The center of the table is anchored by a flower box bursting with flowers like peach gerbera daisies, pink roses, and blue delphinium. Four sky-blue taper candles of varying heights set in gold candlesticks add some dimension and freshly cut orange and lemon halves are placed on the table to make the tablescape feel even more festive and colorful
The Seating
A white waffle-knit blanket provides a base for the seating arrangement. Guests have the option to sit on woven organic poufs or pillows that are placed around the table and available in shades of coral, sky blue, and peach. Overall, the approach to seating is one that maintains a high-end curated look that still is cozy and comfortable for guests to enjoy
The Accents
A memorable accent of this picnic is the peach-colored umbrella with a white tassel fringe that has been set up to provide shade and a touch of vintage-inspired elegance. In one corner of the picnic space a secondary floral arrangement along with sky blue and peach pillows and a basket has been arranged. Another basket holding a creamy yellow blanket is positioned in another corner along with unbranded pillows and a signature branded “The Spread” pillow that connects the branding to the decor.
