Clearly share requests for customizations, allergies, preferences, etc. with your designer in order for them to bring your vision to life. Also telling the story behind your celebration may help your designer tuck tiny, bespoke details into your setup.
Admire the Details
Notice the little touches that your designer has incorporated into the experience (e.g. linens, tablescape arrangement, florals, etc.) to make your session a thing of beauty and show genuine appreciation
Capture the Experience
Take photos and video of your picnic and share the content with your designer or tag them on social media if any media is posted. The exposure could be invaluable to them
Respect the space and gracefully exit
Treat items available to you during the picnic experience with care as your designer has invested time and resources into the set up to make it special for your group. If you are able, tidy up lightly before leaving, and stick around until your designer arrives before heading out to ensure e.g. important equipment isn’t left unattended

Celebrate what was perfect about the experience with your designer and if you have any thoughts on improvements, share those thoughts gently as well
